Alice and I made some videos for Café Mom where we talked about pregnancy and childbirth. We interviewed experts, pretended to be in labor, learned how to swaddle a doll, and walked around Brooklyn accosting women and small children in the street. Why did they ask us to host this series? Because we wrote the greatest fake book about pregnancy and childbirth the world has ever known.

Each video is around five minutes long. Shooting them was was fun, but watching them now makes me want to go back in time and throw out those reading glasses and go get a pair of prescription glasses so I’m not constantly putting them on top of my head or looking over the top of them while I’m talking to people. Honestly, I blame Alice.
