It was raining a couple of weeks ago and after I'd been to the dentist, me and my numb face walked over to Knit & Pearl, a new yarn shop on Figueroa, so I could load up with the proper materials for the pirate hat I'm going to start for Jack. The owner was quite helpful, despite the fact that I was drooling all over her alpaca.
